Spooky Dream is the seller under the consumer contract. Shopify, product suppliers, fulfilment warehouses and delivery carriers provide supporting services and are not the seller under your order.

2. Returns and written correspondence

Contact support@spookydream.com before sending any product back. We will provide the correct return address and instructions by email.

Do not return a product to an address printed on the shipping parcel or to a supplier or fulfilment warehouse unless we specifically direct you to do so.

3. Product status and use

Spooky Dream sells novelty, battery-operated Halloween items, including light-up trick-or-treat buckets. These are general consumer novelty items, not toys certified for a specific minimum age unless stated on the product packaging, and are intended for use under reasonable adult supervision.
