This Privacy Policy explains how Spooky Dream collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit https://spookydream.com/, place an order, contact us, make a claim, subscribe to marketing or otherwise interact with us.

An overseas fulfilment provider may receive your name, delivery address, telephone number, ordered product and shipping instructions so it can dispatch the order. It does not need your full payment-card information.

We do not sell customer lists for money. Some state privacy laws define "sale," "sharing" or "targeted advertising" more broadly than an exchange for money. Where such laws apply, you may have the right to opt out as explained in Section 9.

5. Shopify

Our store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information to provide, protect and improve the ecommerce services we use. Shopify may act as our service provider for some activities and independently for others.

We use service providers in multiple countries and may fulfil orders from outside the United States. Your information may therefore be processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live. We use reasonable technical and organisational protections regardless of where information is processed.

We use cookies, pixels, local storage, tags and similar technologies.

Strictly necessary technologies support security, checkout, cart contents, payments, fraud prevention and privacy choices.

Non-essential technologies may measure website performance, personalise content, attribute sales, build audiences, retarget visitors or support advertising. Where consent is required by law, we request it before using those technologies.

You can adjust non-essential choices through any consent controls made available on the website. Browser controls may also block cookies, although this can affect website functions.

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including to fulfil and support orders, administer refunds and guarantee claims, keep tax and accounting records, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it where reasonably practicable.

11. Security

We use reasonable technical, administrative and organisational measures designed to protect personal information against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. No internet or storage system is completely secure. Do not send full payment-card numbers or passwords by email.

12. Children

Our store is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 in breach of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

13. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites, platforms or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this Privacy Policy.
